Every part on this board was chosen by reading the manufacturer's own datasheet, with stock and availability checked as it sources. Nothing is guessed, and every line is orderable.

02 · DESIGN

Designed to the datasheet.

Every auxiliary component the datasheets call for is in the circuit, every design guideline they state is followed, and the schematic is checked electrically until it holds up.

03 · LAYOUT

Laid out and simulated.

Placement and routing driven by the physics: ground planes, return paths, decoupling at the pins. Then the design is simulated, end to end, before anything physical exists.

04 · VALIDATE

Ready to manufacture.

The board carries fiducials and testpoints, and ships as gerbers, pick-and-place, a priced, in-stock BOM, and firmware 1.0 already written for it.

05 · PROVE

An AI-driven test cell takes it from here.

The assembled board goes into the cell, which flashes the firmware, runs it, and measures the board live: oscilloscope, wave generator, digital multimeter, digital logic analyzer, brought to any point on the board.

Physics-aware layout

Ground planes and stitched copper pours, return-path-aware routing, corridor-aware fanout for fine-pitch parts, and a design-rule check that must return clean before anything ships.

Firmware 1.0

Register-level C written for the board, built with the real toolchain and passing its self-test in emulation before power ever touches copper.

An instrumented test cell

The cell brings the board up and measures it live: oscilloscope, wave generator, digital multimeter and digital logic analyzer, on any testpoint the design placed for them.
